Great things are happening around “the U”. Do you feel the excitement? Many of our staff are involved and engaged in changing our culture and processes.

Our shared governance councils are hard at work developing practice and standard guidelines. The professional development/education council and nursing retention councils are proposing new ways to develop and retain our staff. And last, but not least, the research and quality council has led the way and nursing’s first two studies have been approved by the IRB.
