UMC Welcomes New Nurses
Welcome aboard to our new graduates, new nurses and nurse externs! This is such an exciting time of year as new staff joins us. I have met some of you already and I look forward to meeting each and every one of you in the coming weeks. We are so very glad to have you here with us as we strive to become the “best of the best.”
We are listening and responding to the needs of our staff; so, please be sure to keep us informed about issues or concerns that you face in your work environment. The CNOs and I are here to represent each of you and to knock down barriers or to help improve processes so that you can take better care of our patients. We are all about service to others. Please help us make our patients feel like this is the ONLY place to be.
This is the time of year to celebrate!
